In regard to the global pandemic situation caused by Coronavirus COVID-19, Solutions Plastic Group wants to release the following statement:
- Our production lines are, as per today, March, 16th 2020, fully operational. We are aware of the commitment we have with por customers and with the society itself, as long as our company is one of the first links that maintains the food supply chain. Our commitment is to offer a quick response to any need that may appear in this strategic sector and, therefore, days ago we reinforced our stock of components and materials in anticipation of any demand increase.
- Every member of our staff that can do it is working remotely from their homes. We are a global, tech based company, used to be permanently connected to any place in the world, so this is not a new situation for us. Any commercial, technical or administrative issues will be addressed with complete normality by our team.
- The Technical Assistance Service (SAT) is fully operational, maximizing remote assistance and supporting the maintenance teams of our customers.
- Every employee of the group has been educated on health & safety best practices to prevent infections and those who develop their task in our facilities have been equiped with protective equipments. No meetings or visitors from outside the company are allowed. This protocol was activated last week.
